INTERIOR STARTUP INTENSIVE

This two day workshop isn’t called intensive for nothing, this jam packed two days is FULL ON to say the least!

During two action packed days Lauren will help you navigate through the myriad of different avenues you can take your interior start up business to.

This workshop is aimed for those wanting to start up their own interior business, whether that be as a property stylist, interior stylist or interior designer, Lauren will give you all the information you need to know about why these areas of interiors differ so much, and most importantly what each job entails and what a normal working day for each looks like, helping you to better understand the industry and make an informed decision about which area suits you best.

We will also delve into everything you need to know about starting up your own interior business, Lauren will share all the lessons she’s learnt along the way so you don’t have to. 

The workshop is mostly theory based with some hands-on styling, the program will cover off:

DAY ONE:

The nitty gritty of starting your own business

Property styling / Interior Styling / Interior Design – what are the differences?

Branding

Social Media and marketing your business

Finding your niche

What to charge clients

How to purchase stock wisely and managing logistics

How to make your business profitable

DAY TWO:

Creating your portfolio

The basics of styling with hands on interaction

The power of intention and goal setting

Scaling your business for the future

Having an exit strategy

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

No experience necessary; this workshop is for start-ups and those trying to decide what area of interiors they want to get into, it is not suitable for anyone who already has a business more than 6 months old
